PROMOVA has implemented quality assurance system that conforms to renowned ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038 standards to deliver our customers flawless translations. Our QA system is now being certified and we expect to get the conformity certificate in October 2009.

We are constantly seeking ways to enhance the quality of the services we provide and make our organization even stronger. We create and test quality control procedures internally, which contribute to better end results.

Everything we do is fully documented and all the processes are strictly followed. PROMOVA applies combinations of top-end QA tools for quality control ensuring that the work process is properly adapted and the final product meets all the world standards in translation and localization.
