Mission

Promova is striving to take up a key position in translation and localization field, providing highly professional translation services in areas of Russian and Ukrainian language for international companies interested in sales and distribution in the markets of ex-USSR countries. Objectives

Owing to our rapid development, professional growth and service range expansion Promova is planning to increase the number of customers and sales volume, while ensuring the highest quality of the end product. Working for international clientele leads to obtaining orders that vary greatly in terms of requirements, content, conditions and manner of realization, thus the task naturally becomes more complicated. Nevertheless, our goal is to provide a product of equally high value regardless any start-up conditions. This, in its turn, brings out another issue - constant quality assurance on every stage of the project completion.

The essential service quality assurance tool used in Promova is development and implementation of quality management system in compliance with EN15038 and ISO 9001:2008 international standards.

Special procedure implementation enables us to ensure end product correspondence to customer requirements and expectations as well as to the trade standards.

In the context of quality assurance policy certain aspects of company operation should be paid particular attention to, such as:
– attitude toward the customer
– services quality assurance and control
– professional skills and qualification level
– development stimulation
– co-operation at all process stages
– employee awareness

In the context of the quality policy implementation program it is essential to:
– issue documents that regulate work sequencing and manner of task completion. They should include instructions, project documents, translator memo, style guide, assessment sheets et cetera
– encourage the employees to be completely committed to fulfillment of the customer requirements, to attend to their duties as efficiently and smartly as possible and to bear responsibility for work at all times
– keep the employees informed concerning any activities in quality assurance area
– eliminate any possibility of mistakes of any kind by introduction of intermediate check-up stages with diverse means, including dedicated software tools
– collect statistical data regarding completed jobs quality from both customers and employees
– provide technical and software resources and maintain them on the proper up-to-date level
– assume measures to prevent claims towards service quality
– be concerned about company prestige and business reputation

To assure proper level of professional expertise all employees should be encouraged to practice self-education and share experience, hold meetings and briefings, organize and attend trainings to increase motivation and professional level, take part in conferences and seminars, follow modern tendencies in the translation sphere.

It is mandatory in Promova work style to carefully select only reliable, properly qualified personnel for each project, according to their skills and qualification to comply with requirements and expectations of the customer. Also, we view establishment of strategic partnerships with other companies as our primary concern.
